About us

Malibù Tech comes from the desire of a group of friends who wanted to test themselves as developers on a new environment starting from the scratch.

The final mission is bringing a breath of fresh air to FiveM through maps and scripts that combine originality with optimal performance.

Given our occupation as developers, counting on more than 3 years of experience in the FiveM environment, our strenghts are reliability and our seriousness.

Terms of Service

Malibú resources, wheter they are free of charge or paid scripts, are Malibú's properties, and, they are protected by copyright.

Unauthorized use or distribution of the abovementioned resources is strictly prohibited and it won't be tolerate. To prevent any form of leaking, the user who owns the script is responsible for its use and the token(s) associated with it. In case of unauthorized use or distribution of our products our hosting service will recive a notification. That means:

  • Ban of the account and email address linked to the violation of these terms of service

  • Ban of the Discord Account

  • No refunds

  • Shutdown of our services

  • Report of your server directly to FiveM

You can also report ( anonymously) unauthorized use to any member of the dev or authentication team (or you can open a "Other" ticket), showing a proof (egs. screenshot or video with the leaker's name visible) that will help us to confirm the leak.

Below what you need to know about our support:

Before contacting our support

  • Make sure to check the documentation

  • Follow every installation step (do not skip them unless instructed to)

  • The most likely issue is resources installation or configuration, and not an actual bug

  • Before purchasing always check the documentation in order to make sure you will be able to install the script ourself

How we can do and not do to help you

  • Our support team will help you with detailed documentation and installation guides that will lead you through the installation process

  • Our support team will often try to give best-practice advice, as well as hints as to what might solve your issues and improve your script experience

  • Due to our team limitations please expect to only receive help in ENGLISH

  • Due to numerous liability issues, we can not use remote services (such as Teamviewer, AnyDesk, etc…) to install the scripts for you

  • Once we help install the script for the first time, we cannot offer additional support for installations on new servers, different frameworks, etc…

  • Help with customizing the scripts.

  • We cannot offer support with content which is not related to our products. We cannot modify and/or access other paid content.
